Every recap host Amanda Costner and a new guest break down the episode, discussing major plot points, characters and storylines. In season one, episode three of Amazon Prime's A League of Their Own, Carson contends with the struggle that is her decision to turn down being more than friends with Greta. Max struggles with juggling two jobs, at one point turning to Leah for help with how to handle her mom and what to do about the Salon. And Clance struggles with how to reveal a major, life-changing letter her and her husband Guy received in the mail.

Throughout the recap both hosts give their unabashed opinions. Ida thinks Greta has been through a situation like the one she's in with Carson before (perhaps even more than once or twice...). Amanda answers a question she'd had in an earlier recap, deciding that, yes, Greta is playing games with Carson. Later in the recap both hosts reveal personal connections they have to the episode--Amanda as a former professional golfer and Ida as someone who had to contend with wanting more.
