I would suggest attending every single open house in the area you would like to dominate. Get to know the market. You need to know what has sold and what’s for sale. Understand value. Understand the market. When you start with a cloud-based company you are really working autonomously, so you need to be confident in what you are doing. You need to understand the law and the market.
