Dr. Gunnar Binnewies is a partner at goetzpartners in Munich. He is Head of Restructuring and Turnaround with a focus on Workforce Transformation and Head of the Healthcare Industry Group. He has extensive experience in management consulting and specializes in restructuring, especially workforce transformation programs. In these, he often acts as a mediator between the employer and the employees, with the aim of making the organization as a whole, with its locations, skills, and processes, fit for the future. Dr. Gunnar Binnewies studied business administration and economics at the University of Bayreuth, the ESC Rouen (France), and the University of Hanover and received his doctorate from the University of Bayreuth.
