Shaniya owns Melbourne Lash and Co providing premium lash services, training and products and is based in the western suburbs. Shaniya has also MC'ed the International Lash Masters conferences in Melbourne and Sydney and is passionate about raising the standards and inclusivity of lash artists within the lash community. Shaniya's new lash brand Lashology is also now available online with high end lash products for artists across the globe

Deanna started Lash'd Eyelashes in 2010 servicing over 2000 clients up until the 2019 when she pivoted her business to provide opulent and high quality lash products using her vast lashing experience to develop products that meet the standards of lash artists worldwide. She launched the International Lash Masters to create a positive and inclusive community in the lash industry to not only educate artists, but to create networking events for those wants to be grow and develop their skills and business within the industry.
