In fact it can really seem like a firehose to the face ? . haha Even my man has to tell me to cool my jets when I'm "downloading". I used to beat myself up for this though. AS a kid I heard "You talk too much" or "Stop trying to be the centre of attention". I started to think it was a bad thing. But how can positive excitement be anything other than awesome? It all just comes down to how we communicate. Also what we embrace about ourselves to NOT make it bad ?
