The FCC has now proposed, or imposed, over $200 million in fines for unlawful caller ID spoofing and TCPA violations. This discussion features an overview of recent enforcement actions, including those against Best Insurance Contracts/Philip Roesel and Affordable Enterprises of Arizona.
