I have put some episodes up sharing that I want to help people reach the goal of being the best they can be. But the problem with that is that I am not the best version of me yet. And for me to be able to help others, I need to help me first. I am going to be doing episodes for the next 30 days sharing my journey, some history, successes and failures and being real in regards to my life, where I am at with it and what I can do so much better. I am putting this out there so that I hold myself accountable and perhaps, it will help someone but to release so much of what I have been holding onto for decades.
