#45 - How to shift to positivity?

๐๐ช๐ Right now it is way too easy to get into weaker energy, that nothing gets done, few things are satisfying, as more and more restrictions are coming up.
๐ฃ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐ ๐ So I went in and asked for advice, how I can get that feeling back. And quite frankly it couldnโt be much more obvious. Reconstruct and recreate those situations, which have gotten you into your mental top-shape the last time.
๐คโก๏ธ๐Go on and ask yourself: What are the things in your daily life, that deliver you this energy? Which activities brought a smile to your face lately.
๐๐๐ป๐คThe strongest things I was able to identify for myself are: Walking every day, getting my planned workout done, meditation, or concentrated breathing.
โ๐ง ๐What are activities and experiences that enable you to function at full capacity?
๐ถโโ๏ธ๐๐ฃIt can be hard to do those first steps, as we often have trouble breaking out of our shells, but once you do it will be worth it. This podcast might just be a good start for you.
