Namaste ! Every second passes away without us being aware of it and so does our life. If only we could take a break from the day to day hustle-bustle, then may be we could take a deep breath , even for just a moment . We'd walk barefoot on the sand , touched by the calmness of the ocean . We'd sit under the tree and observe the nature quite deeply . All of it would be a pleasure to the heart ,if only we could pause for a second.....
