Tyler Matthews shares his story of the ultimate grit of flourishing in the basketball industry in Miami and Cocoa Beach. From working at an ice cream shop during the day and training at night, he's learned valuable lessons along the way. He never imagined doing training full time, but with a strong work ethic and dedicated energy to building relationships, he's now able to do it year-round. We talk about different type of parents and in his mind what parent are doing to help their kids succeed, and others that are holding their kids back. Lastly, we discuss what seperates athletes during training sessions.
