How can you sound more confident when speaking? Join us as we share our own experiences and things we do to build confidence in our communication. It may not come as a surprise that all 3 of us have a long history of speaking, singing, performing that has given us the practice to develop our own speaking styles and has created a baseline of confidence. We will talk about the impact of assumptions and the value of pausing in conversations as well as understanding our audience to adjust our communications. We’ll also talk about the ums, and what we can do to reduce those in our communication.
