Thomas Dudley, who is a passionate advocate for employee-owned companies. While at Stanford working on a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and doing research, Thomas discovered a new passion, so much so that he left Stanford while working on his thesis to pursue his dream and co-founded Certified Employee Owned in 2017.
