Cheapest place you can buy this book (at time of writing) AND quick to deliver, both of which agree with my ethos, a 'Humming' productive life should be accessible to everyone. As an Amazon Associate, I also get something little from Amazon when you purchase from this special link. It's not much (4%, which is like 40c on a $10 book) and costs my listeners nothing, but powers me enough to continue to deliver the best possible content. Deepest thanks... if only you can just see how grateful I am right now :) I feel financially silly for saying this, but you can, of course, even borrow from your local library! Or just buy a cheap copy for yourself for now and maybe pay it forward to someone else whom you think might benefit. Good things become better when shared, right?

I'm recording this podcast at 5:43 am as I speak. You're probably wondering Doesn't he have better things to do like sleep?
Now the only reason I'm sacrificing sleep is that at 5 am your brain is hotwired for success - Something I read in a book called the 5am club by Robin Sharma
Your brain is hotwired for success at 5 am because the part of your brain called Transient hypofrontality, which processes rational thought is temporarily impaired. This means you don't think much so no worries, no regrets - just do. As an added bonus, dopamine and serotonin, your happy hormones are at an all-time high so you're also in this state of zen.
There is no limit on what you can accomplish.
So, after knowing this, would you rather sleep or start your day at 5 am?
