In Episode 99 of the "High Regard Show," Going to the Dogs," Nikki and Tom discuss the four-legged bundle of joy they are expecting one day soon. That's right, there's going to be an HRS dog, who is not only sure to be cute AF, but will also have a higher purpose as he or she will be helping Tom battle his POTS syndrome, from actually getting him out of the house to protecting him during an episode. Though both of them are lifelong dog lovers, the decision was not made lightly, and Nikki openly and honestly talks about the reservations of adding a new member to the family and Tom shares what's he's learned about the process so far.
