After losing my voice in late September the last 4 months has been an absolute nightmare. From coughing 1000 times a day, bringing up blood, collapsed on shower floors deep into the night and trying to work on no more than 20 minutes of talking a day when the last 100 days had hours and hours of talking scheduled in work and personal life, there are 10 life lessons with key takeaways that i’d love to share with you.
