Coleen Carter aka TerryAnn came to the US in the 90s at age 13 from Jamaica with nothing but 1 backpack and the clothes on her back (which were technically her cousin's clothes). She now works at St Anne's Institute in Albany, NY, is a proud wife and mother of 3, and is on a quest to get her HS and college diplomas as who some call an "old" student.
