Lien and I met at The Rose Farm with Denise Duffield-Thomas last December, and we had some really amazing conversations about exiting businesses.

As someone who has a personal brand and a few products that could potentially be sold off in my business, I had never thought about preparing my business for exit in advance. I always thought I would just cross that bridge when I came to it.

But Lien and I had such fascinating conversations that I just HAD to invite her onto the podcast, because I think a lot of us just assume that we're going to be running our businesses forever and we're never going to want to leave it. However, even if that's the case, there are still some things that we can do to ensure we're building the foundations of our business and getting everything really solid.
