In this episode, I discuss the difference between meditation and mindfulness.
Meditation is about quieting the mind, while mindfulness is about being aware of what you are doing while you are doing it.
Granted, there is more to it than that. I give some examples of how to bring mindfulness into your life. It takes practice if you are someone who is always up in your head.
