Today I interview Jono Snell about his experience on coaching a segment of the population who really need support – men.

As a physiotherapist and men’s health coach, Jono shares his career journey and highlights the importance of open-mindedness, motivation and caring about yourself and others and their impact on men’s health and well-being.

We discuss the challenges faced by men in their late forties, who struggle with feelings of unhappiness and dissatisfaction. These clients often neglect their health and wellbeing, particularly in terms of sleep and weight management, and often use alcohol or food to distract themselves from feelings of dissatisfaction and loss of mojo.
