The Green History Podcast continues its weekly audio adventures into Islamic history. Juhayman, the man who revived the Ikhwan in 1977 and went on to cause reversal of socio-religious policies in the kingdom from 1980 to this day. Beginning with open criticism of the Saudi establishment, Western culture, the prevalence of Music, free-mixing and printed images on Saudi currency - his group went on to isolate themselves from mainstream Muslims to the point of contempt for anyone who did not share their perspectives.
