Judas led the religious leaders and Roman soldiers to the garden of Gethsemane to arrest Jesus. In order to identify Jesus so that the Roman soldiers knew who to arrest, Judas told them that he would kiss Jesus. And he did. He betrayed Jesus with a kiss.
