In this episode I'll focus primarily on the experience we all have once we have decided not to continue in physical life any longer.
The next stage I have called Transition, as have many others. It is a place where many changes occur to us and the way we perceive and understand ourselves.
It is also unique to each individual, though there are some common themes. And as you may already be aware, there is absolutely no judgement in that experience, regardless of how much you may be judging yourself just prior to your entrance into it.
