From pre pregnancy and beyond, such an eye opening discussion around the real-life scenarios you are faced with and have to deal with when it comes to mental health illnesses and caring for a baby.

The biggest piece of advice I have taken from this epsiode is, don't be ashamed to ask to help. Ask for help and accept help.
