“One thing I make sure I do is the real basics. Breathe, eat, exercise and sleep. We could talk about how those really helped, but I find if I'm starting to compromise on those, I'm already putting myself under pressure. So, if I've got a lot on at work, I might start work earlier, I might skip my exercise for the day, and I might eat poor-quality food sort of style.
