Los Angeles based artist ROYCE shares his latest 6 track, EP titled "A Seat at the Table." We talk about the loss of his father, from a heart attack, which inspired the title track for his EP. As most his artists he coped with grief through writing and penned the somber track. He also shares writing and recording during the pandemic. The protests in Los Angeles, which he attended, for George Floyd, inspired him to write the social justice track "Thank you! Mr. George Floyd." You'll hear snippets of his tracks as he talks about "Cum Thru" the funk inspired "Shadow" "All My Life" and the uptempo track "On My Way."
