Willow, a shy squirrel, joins a ski trip full of strangers and feels lonely and out of place. She admires Ruby, a popular fox, but doubts Ruby would want to be her friend. When Willow discovers her grandma's letter in the trash and her chocolate in Ruby’s cubby, she bravely reports it to Ruby’s mom. However, the issue is brushed aside, and Willow feels defeated. That night, she resolves never to let unfairness go unchallenged again. The next day, she befriends kind animals and grows in confidence, realizing she can stand up for herself and create her own happiness.
