This week's show is a meditation based on Workbook Lesson 124 in A Course in Miracles, "Let me remember I am one with God." This meditation begins with a relaxation phase as your entire body is made calm and at peace. You then step into a guided journey to your Home where you join with God. There you rest awhile until you are ready to return to this world.
As it says in A Course in Miracles, "Let me remember I am one with God, at one with all my brothers and my Self, in everlasting holiness and peace."
