This week we dive deeper into the work of one our guests from last week, Sophia Lara-Grine. Sophia is the founder of Tontine RSE. Currently available only in France, this two year old company helps businesses save money, while making a difference in the community. Tontine is an online platform that allows anyone in the company to create challenges for themselves or their team around saving money. The money saved can then be reinvested in the company or be given to a charity of the company's choice. The idea is to empower employees to be more conscious of how they are spending company money.
