This is the second day of the 5-day challenge and following on from deciding on your purpose Nick moves on to the second aspect of vision, the mission - how you measure whether you are fulfilling your purpose

The mission is what makes your purpose measurable, it tells you how well you are doing what you are doing so is a vital element in bringing the clarity of vision that will allow you to make better strategic decisions
