Dr. Darwin K. Hayes is the Lead Co-Director of the General Practice Residency Program at BronxCare Health System (formerly Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center) in the Bronx, NY - the 2nd largest GPR program in the US. Additionally, he serves as Chair of the Administration Board for the ADEA Council of Hospitals and Advanced Education Programs. Dr Hayes is a CODA Site Visitor and Success Program Speaker with the ADA, teaching dental students and residents about life after school/residency. He serves as Co-Chair of the New Dentist Conference Committee within the National Dental Association (NDA). Dr. Hayes practices part-time both in a small private practice in Trenton, NJ with his uncle and in the faculty practice within the residency program. On his days off, you’ll find him on social media communicating to and helping new dentists, and documenting his daily adventures as a coach/mentor to new dentists and as a Dad to his son Donovan.
