Job 22:28 says; "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person".
As a child of God, you can never be a victim of any form of circumstances in life. God has given us authority over all the devil and every demonic spirit in every circumstance. Whatever we don’t want in this life, we have the authority to reject it and whatever we desire to happen, we have the authority to bring it to pass through declaring God's Word. Mark 11:22-23, makes us understand that with our mouth we can have whatsoever we say.
A closed mouth is a closed destiny. As a believer, your mouth is your weapon for deliverance, it is your weapon for change, its your weapon for supernatural turnarounds. Jesus said, anything you don’t want, use your mouth to cast it out, Matthew 17:20, Mark 11:22-24. You must learn to decree what you want and reject everything you don’t want in your life.
