I gathered a panel with returning guests Jackie, Conner and Dr. Sam. Each of us will focus on one Region during the upcoming Championships. Today, we give our predictions for the upcoming meets, and we will be back following the finals. We also discuss the latest coaching allegations, potential improvements for regional selections, individuals we hope make it through to NCAAs, and much more!
