In learning more about Andy, we also learn more about his organisation Born Human, which revolves around mental health in a very focused way. Everything from rituals, loss and grief, family, birth, the minds of kids, safe spaces, post natal depression in mothers and fathers, the benefit of the walk and talk, preventative care and the Born Human podcast.
