In this episode, I take a look at President Teddy Roosevelt’s famous quote from his speech, “Citizenship in a Republic” better known as “The Man in the Arena” speech. Today it seems easy to not risk doing something we love or take a risk on a new venture, especially in our divided times. Perhaps considering the words and the life of the United States’ 26th President Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt may help us to take a step forward into the arena.

Christopher Klein published an article about how Roosevelt’s speech in 1912 may have saved his life while campaigning in Milwaukee.
