10 years ago a great person who I am thankful enough to have called a friend was taken from us way too soon. On this, what would have been his 50th birthday - I wanted to share this - one of the first times I was ever behind a board engineering a track with a live band in a studio.
John Beresford is singing vocals of this Bob Marley track, Babylon System. It is an acoustic cover of this iconic song and was one of the last tracks that John recorded and given the unfortunate circumstances of how he died the lyrics have special meaning the me and those who knew him best.
We miss you buddy but are thankful for the time we got while you were here with us.
