On this episode of the Dealership Fixit, we interview our Guest, Tad Kilgore, Co-Founder & Creator of both Traffic Log Pro (TLP) & Dealership Performance 360 (DP360), 2 CRM’s still in use today with 100’s of powersports dealerships.

We talk through the history of how and why Tad, and his twin brother Tod, build and developed their own “traffic log” in the early 200’s while working for the powersports group RideNow.
After that success, he was approached by Dealerspike to build their own CRM called DP360. He was able to configure this new one with everything they learned from TLP and advance it to a whole another level.
Now, Tad is currently working with Ready2Rid, a newer company looking to make a splash in powersports with their wonderful marketing program tying both worlds together.
We discuss various topics revolving around the CRM, such as best ways to use it, what steps dealers can use to maximize efforts and future advancements on the horizon.
The Customer Relationship Management tool should be the nucleus of the sales process for any dealership and if used properly, can make a huge difference in efficiency and make more sales.
