We're glad you've joined us here for this next edition of Daily in the Word. Today we will read Genesis 23:1-20. For the next few chapters the story will begin to transition away from Abraham and Sarah and will focus on Abraham's son, Isaac, and his descendents after him. Today's chapter will focus on the death of Sarah and Abraham's negotiations to acquire her burial place.
