In episode 19, I'm talking about being present and really consciously identifying where you might be skipping ahead to the future, a place where your dreams lie. And by doing that, we take our focus out of the present moment, which is where we take the steps to reach our dreams.
This episode is quite a raw share for me on my own journey over the past 12 months, and the completion of this stage as we pack up, ready to move on to a new beginning. Within the last 12 months, I'm reflecting on all that has happened, the grief and sadness that has been present as I honor my granddad's one year anniversary of passing. A lot has been coming up for me in the past few weeks as we close this chapter and move on to the next one. And I'm really talking about how being present for myself is really supporting me to continue to heal and to release and welcoming the new moments ahead.
