In episode 13, we're talking about expectations, and the pressure we can place on other people, whether we realize it or not.
We're talking about affording people the ability to change their minds, to acknowledge that life changes, and can throw up unexpected circumstances that impact on past decisions made.
It can be hard enough to cancel or pull out of something that you were once able to commit to.
So it's important to think about the impact our responses or reactions can have on somebody already feeling like they've let you down.
We don't have to be emotionally attached to the outcomes, we get to choose.
