After 3 years of learning the industry, getting licensed, and learning from others, Lou took a leap into creating his own successful agency.
Depending on who you as 7 years in the insurance space still may be considered "fresh & new" but others may say he's already a veteran. Either way, Lou has plenty of advice he shares on what it was like changing careers, starting out in the industry, opening his own agency, creating genuine relationships with clients, and networking with agents online.
