重拳打擊下，墨西哥毒品為何依舊屢禁不止？
在墨西哥禁毒，可以說是把腦袋拴在褲腰帶上，具有極高風險。為了打擊毒販，2006年開始，墨西哥政府對販毒組織發動了「毒品戰爭」，然而到2012年時已有上百名士兵、四千多名警察犧牲，僅2010年就有17位市長被殺害。最終的結果也不如人意，反而引發墨西哥社會進一步混亂。
為什麼禁毒在墨西哥如此艱難呢？
