On this Pentecost Day the People of God celebrate the culmination of Eastertide with the marking of the out pouring of the Holy Spirit on the early church. In a world that seems a little mad at the moment, the great invocation and prayer Come Holy Spirit is truly a timely prayer.
On this weeks podcast excerpt, we are joined by Fr Frank Duhig to reflect on how we are can explore and come to know the silent member of the Holy Trinity in our lives whose prescience is that still small voice which speaks to us at our inner most core.
In the third part of this weeks podcast we reflect on the gospel reading for Pentecost which for this year is from John 15:26-27, 16:12-15. But it is probably advisable to explore lectio this week with all the readings of the Mass of Pentecost.
