What is love? Love is defined in the dictionary as an intense feeling of deep affection to someone. In fact this is the kind of love that we hear and see in Hollywood movies and music of today, which rarely portrays the type of love that we actually need. That's because worldly love is focused on the temporal and to one self, often to the exclusion of God and others. Biblical Godly love, agape, is a stark contrast to the love of the world. It's unconditional love. It's more than just a feeling or emotion. The Bible says, "Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and truth", (1 John 3:18).
