Over one million people in the United States are living with Parkinson’s Disease. This is a chronic, progressive neurologic disorder that can affect people in their 20’s to their 90’s, however, most are diagnosed in their 60’s. Of course, given the progressive nature of the disabilities associated with PD, the disease affects thousands more spouses, children, and other caregivers.
