During this time, Americans are encouraged to reflect on the rights and responsibilities of citizenship and what it means to be a U.S. citizen. Join Dr. Stewart Burns for an informative session on Voting Rights and the Constitution – where we’ve been and where we are now. Dr. Burns is a distinguished historian of the Civil Rights Movement and other U.S. social movements and a member of Union Institute & University’s Ph.D. faculty.
