The fear of the unknown can stop us in our tracks and leave us feeling unfulfilled, anxious, frustrated and stuck. What happens when you don’t trust yourself enough to move forward? What happens when your past trauma controls the way you react to this fear? Over the last few months Syd and Ang have been moving through a lot of inner healing and deep trauma work as they break away from old patterns, unsupportive beliefs, and emotional blockages. We’ve come to understand that we have the power and capability to overcome our trauma and learn how to support ourselves by changing these outdated behaviours. It’s not about loving the unknown in order to move forward, it’s about learning to love ourselves, so when we head into the unknown, our fear is not controlling our experience.
