We're a few days shy of wrapping up 2022, so we felt we'd start 2023 off the way several of us do: chatting resolutions, plans, and goals, and oftentimes fitness falls into that "New Year's Resolutions" category. "The body doesn't know what day it is," shares Brandon Fox, Coordinator of Health and Fitness/Athletic Trainer. Whether you start January 1 or April 1, the goal is to get moving, and get "doing something." We break down different ways that anyone can get started toward taking better care of themselves.
