Gael is an encyclopedia of yoga who was there in NYC when it crossed the Atlantic in the 70s and got its first commercial foothold. She was on the spear’s tip for many American and international fitness and wellness movements. And she is now focused on how we can better take care of ourselves as caregivers as our parents age and die.
