This week I wanted to take a quick break with the story sharing part and touch on how we sometimes put limitations on ourselves based on others opinion of us. It’s hard not to take what some says about us to heart - especially when it may be something we’re thinking or wondering about too. When someone says out loud what you’re thinking - it all of a sudden validates it as true to and that’s an awful way to live our lives. I’m not immune to feeling doubt and shame for what happened - just because I’m now shouting my story from the mountain tops doesn’t mean that it was easy to not allow others peoples opinion define me and how I lived my life. Now, I care less of what others think of what me and do more of what feels good to me. Live for you...do you boo — let them do them 💗
