Brian has been a trusted and experienced realtor since 2006 in the Greater Pittsburgh area, and licensed in SE Florida. He started out as a "flipper" just to save himself some commission but as time went on, realized his skills were in repping buyers and sellers. He sells on average 50 homes/year in Pittsburgh and represents a handfull of builders/developers/flippers in the 'burgh. He works with leases, buyers, sellers, new construction and luxury in Florida. He has a source of off-market opportunities because of this. Recently, 2021, He has partnered up with one of these developers to start developing his own properties from modular to stick built so, keep your eyes open for some properties with a SW Florida flair.
Which leads him into something new for 2021, he is expanding this trust & experience to the South Florida (Miami, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale) area for luxury & ultra luxury clients specifically.
